We are currently undertaking an exciting project to renovate a donated building at 2806 Lincolnway West, South Bend, which will serve as a vital resource for delivering behavioral health, education, testing and community wellness to an area that statistically has been found to lack the aforementioned.

To bring this vision to life, we are grateful to the African American Community Fund, Business Furnishings LLC, City of South Bend, Community Foundation of St. Joseph County, Indiana Minority Health Coalition, and The Accelerator Grant for their support in helping to transform the building into a welcoming and vibrant environment.
